Shipping policy

Physical products

We sell physical products that are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping. Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, delayed, or marked-as-delivered packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with the carrier, your local post office, building management, or neighbors. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged items

If your physical order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@lakeserenestudio.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, if available.

Digital products

We also sell digital downloads. No physical shipping is required, and no shipping fees apply to digital products.

After payment is confirmed, digital files are delivered electronically through:

  • the order confirmation / order status page, and
  • the email address used at checkout.

Digital downloads are usually available immediately, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing in some cases.

If you cannot find your digital files, please:

  • check your spam or junk folder,
  • confirm the email address used at checkout, and
  • check the order status page for the download link.

Orders containing both physical and digital products

If your order includes both physical and digital products, they will be delivered separately. Shipping charges apply only to physical items.
